ការងារទទួលខុសត្រូវសំខាន់ៗប្រចាំថ្ងៃ - DUTIES: - To manage daily school operation - To monitor and evaluate school curriculum, materials, and teaching procedures and guidelines more effectively. - To manage, observe and assessment for teachers’ teaching to improve and strengthen teaching quality; - To manage, observe and assessment for students’ learning to improve and strengthen learning quality; - To manage teachers’ schedules to align with school operations and academic programs. - To ensure HR operations at the school level are running smoothly, such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, orientation, induction, employee movement, and compliance in accordance with the required HR labor laws and policies. - To manage social event, meeting, field trips, conduct student contest to promote value added service to the public and learning quality;
ល័ក្ខខ័ណ្ឌដែលត្រូវការ - REQUIREMENTS: - Male only - Bachelor's degree in education - Minimum of 2 years' experiences - Good English proficiency - Working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
