Administrative Officer (Chinese-Khmer Interpreter)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Administrative Officer with strong Chinese-Khmer interpretation and translation skills to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Khmer, with excellent communication and administrative abilities. This role involves providing interpretation services, managing office tasks, and facilitating smooth communication between Chinese and Khmer-speaking stakeholders.Key
Responsibilities: 1. Interpretation & Translation:o Provide accurate verbal interpretation between Chinese and Khmer during meetings, and working operations.o Ensure clear and culturally appropriate communication.
2. Administrative Support:o Handle office correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.o Maintain and organize files, records, and databases.o Managing and guidance security guards and cleaner
3. Coordination & Liaison:o Act as a bridge between Chinese and Khmer-speaking staff, clients, or partners.o Assist in coordinating meetings, and eventso Support cross-cultural communication to avoid misunderstandings.
4. Other Duties: o Assist in procurement, or HR tasks if required.o Perform general office management duties.
Qualifications & Skills: o Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Khmer (written and spoken); English is a plus. o Proven experience in interpretation/translation (business or office settings preferred). o Strong administrative and organizational skills. o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). o Professional, patient, and culturally sensitive. o Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Education & Experience: o Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Business Administration, or related field. o At least 1-2 years of experience in interpretation/administration.
