Sales Manager
Activity Profile • Market Coverage • Business Generation as per Company Strategy • Team management & leading towards company goals. • Monitoring and control of Field activities - Promoting Products, Booking orders, Product Availability • Feedback to Higher Management Responsibility Profile: • Implement strategies for Brand Deliverables •Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team •Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities •Defining and executing territory sales plans •Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation •Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients • Competitor Analysis and mapping • Promote the proper positioning and messaging for the product • Enable sales teams with appropriate scientific marketing inputs • Brief and train the sales force regularly building the capability of the team • KOL development and engagement Requirement - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum 3 to 5 years in Pharma Sales - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. - Experience of leading a team of Sales Rep - Good communication skills in both Khmer and English (spoken and written)
