Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, journal entries, and general ledger updates
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner
Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in payroll processing and relevant statutory compliance (e.g., tax, NSSF)
Maintain proper filing of financial documents for auditing and review purposes
Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding payment or billing issues
Coordinate with external auditors during audits
Ensure compliance with company policies and Cambodian accounting standards
Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or Finance Manager
