Key Responsibilities:
1. Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
2. Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
3. Maintain and organize financial documents and records.
4. Support monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting.
5. Monitor and update the accounting system to ensure accuracy.
6. Handle communication with vendors, clients, or other departments as required as well as collect payment, collect bill or any relating documents
8. Perform general administrative duties related to accounting, negotiating with client on payment etc
9.. Daily and weekly email report to management
10. Responsively and be able to swift working day
Qualifications:
• associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge in tax.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, quickbook and other office tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred:
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping, quickbook etc
• Knowledge of [specific accounting software your company uses, e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo].
