Key Position Information:
Position: Senior Accountant
Role: Reports to the Finance Manager. Senior Accountants are to assist companies in fulfilling their work mission for the company's mission. Senior Accountants often specialize in specific areas of practice, including auditing, management consulting, recovery, forensic accounting, taxation, assurance, and corporate finance.
2. Reporting Structure / Relationships:
The Accounting Officer works closely with and reports to the Finance Manager.
The Accounting Officer maintains good internal and external working relationships.
3. Key Job Responsibilities
- Manages accounting functions, including maintaining general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting. Ensures accuracy and timeliness.
- Manages monthly financial statement closing and month-end posting. Ensures accuracy of financial statements.
- Prepares monthly financial statements.
- Reviews bank reconciliations and monthly cash counts.
- Reviews and approves in U8 system after account is locked in system.
- Update contract details in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly and annual tax returns by completing E-filing to GDT.
- Review monthly balances with relevant parties.
- Assist with independent audit and tax audit work.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

4. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in computer software such as: Yongyou, K3, Quickbook, Microsoft…
• Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
