• Doing budget • Accounting/financial records and reporting • Managing daily accounting operations • Overseeing accounting system and trouble shooting • Overseeing all stages of accounts payable and ensure that are compliance with company policies • Overseeing all stage of payment process to supplier are on time and compliance with company policies • Managing all stages of accounts receivable (quotation, invoice/billing, delivery report, customer statement, credit term, credit limited, cash collection and bank deposit process) • Managing all stages of fixed assets (procurement, depreciation, reconciliation, sales/disposal and FA reporting) • Overseeing all stage of inventory processes (planning & forecasting, inventory tracking, inventory consumption and inventory reporting) o Managing cash transactions, bank reconciliation and petty cash • Managing cash advance and settlement are compliance with company policies • To ensure that all of company transaction are recorded on timely basis before closing the period • Preparing financial reports on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis with accurate data • To supervise accounting staffs, training and problem solving • To improve and enforce accounting policy; compliance is ensured for all accounting transactions • Sale process • To issue quotation for customers • To communicate and negotiate with customers • Other tasks required by General Director • Other tasks required by Finance Director and management Pls contact via: Tel: 077753xxxClick To Call/069753xxxClick To Call Email: rea*******@tcm-cambodia.comClick To Sent Email
