Accounting Officer

*Job Description - Financial Statements: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions. - Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. - Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and ensure timely settlement of accounts payable. - Accounts Receivable: Manage customer invoices, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. - Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records. - Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries as needed. - Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports. *Job Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT or service industry. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAGE ACCAPC). - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Integrity and reliability. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
