Admin Assistant - Intern

Key Responsibilities -Assist in process relation to sales and purchase agreement (SPA), Lease Agreement, Hard Title PMPSS -Assist to arrange schedule with buyer to sign above contract -Assist to maintain buyer database records -Assist Admin department to send out related docs to client -Assist any other admin duties as maybe assigned by the company. -Other tasks will be assigned by Management.
Requirement -At least 2nd year of Bachelor Degree student in Administration, Business or related field -Female/Male (Female are encourage to apply.) -Able to communicate in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a plus. -A positive attitude and willing to learn new thing and administrative affairs. -Good knowledge of computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Internet and E-mail. -Commitment to cultivating a good working relationship with other -Willing to work independently and under time pressure
Working Days and Hours - Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm (Break Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm) - Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
