Check the document preparing for overtime staffs report
Stay up-to-date on administrative procedures and best practices
Others task will be assigned by Manager.
Requrirement of this skill :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field
1 years of experience in an administrative role/Non experience encouragement to apply
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially best in Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working condition: Mon-Sat(Half day) 1.5 day off/week
Time shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Holiday apply by labor law
