Bar Supervisor – TicTic
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Bar Supervisor to join the team at TicTic, our intimate three-floor cocktail and culture bar in BKK1. The role involves leading shifts, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and running smoothly.
This is a hands-on position that requires confidence, initiative, and a proactive attitude. You’ll be a key support to the Bar Manager and will occasionally be scheduled for shifts at Garage Sale, our neighbouring American comfort food restaurant and delivery kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee bar operations during shifts at TicTic, ensuring quality control and customer satisfaction
• Support daily set-up and closing procedures, stock counts, and cleanliness
• Work closely with the Bar Manager to maintain inventory and organise orders
• Handle customer service issues and support staff during busy periods
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and equipment checks to keep the venue running smoothly
• Occasionally work a shift at Garage Sale, helping where needed (e.g. drinks, dispatch, or bar back)
Requirements:
• Previous experience in bar, café, or hospitality roles (supervisory experience preferred)
• Punctual, trustworthy, and confident managing a team on shift
• Comfortable multitasking and problem-solving under pressure
• Flexible with working across two venues and helping out as needed
• English and Khmer language is required
Work schedule and details:
• 6 x 8 hour shifts a week
• 18 paid days holiday a year.
• Pchum Ben and Khmer New Year public holidays off.
