Responsibility:
• Oversee the management of the cleaning, security, technical, landscaping and accounting.
• Answer all queries and complaints from residents in a professional, and timely manner.
• Inspect the properties frequently for signs of damage or wear.
• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors.
• Monitors performance of all service subcontractors and ensures that maintenance and services are in accordance with service agreements.
• Evaluate team performance and providing direction, correction, or additional training needed.
• Developing SOPs and implementing comprehensive property management strategies.
• To be in-charge of implementing and executing all necessary security, emergency and risk management plans for the building including emergency evacuation and fire drills.
• Coordinate and monitor procedures to control fit-out works in accordance with our rules and regulations of the building.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers, and local authorities.
• Prepare building operating budget and keep monthly expenditures within the limit of the approved budget.
• Any other duties and tasks as directed and assigned by the Head of Property Management.
• Lease vacant space according to leasing plan / schedule in accordance with the relevant time frames setout therein and according to defined retailer mix and target
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three years' experience in Leasing or property management operation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills is a plus.
• Very good verbal and non-verbal English Communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitasks, manage time, and prioritize.
