Job Description
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary contact point for customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are clearly documented and communicated.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and updates in a timely and professional manner.
Requirement Analysis:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their demands and translate them into actionable requirements for the product team.
- Ensure that customer needs align with the company’s business objectives and technical capabilities.
Coordination with Product Teams:
- Work closely with the product team to discuss, refine, and prioritize customer demands.
- Facilitate the development of solutions that meet customer expectations while adhering to project constraints and timelines.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve customer issues, including system problems, setup challenges, or operational concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions, minimizing disruption to customer operations.
Process Optimization:
- Suggest improvements in operational workflows to enhance customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.
- Assist in standardizing communication and requirement documentation processes.
Reporting:
- Document and report customer interactions, requirements, and resolutions to ensure transparency and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates to management on customer needs and operational challenges.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and support, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to align customer goals with organizational priorities.
Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and company’s evolving products and services.
- Enhance knowledge of business operations tools and methodologies to improve performance.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in understanding technical systems and their applications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
* Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
* Teamwork and collaboration.
