Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Boulder Climbing Gym Café – near ABA Headquarters, Phnom Penh
Working Hours: 40 hours/week, 2 days off
Salary: $350/month

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our café located in a bouldering gym. Our menu features sandwiches, bowls, and weekend brunch.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items (sandwiches, bowls, brunch)
Lead daily kitchen operations
Supervise and support kitchen staff
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Manage inventory and assist with stock ordering
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Coordinate with café team for smooth service
Location: 19 street 59 Daun penh Chakto Mukh, Doun Penh, Phnom Penh
