Job Description: 1. Follow daily approval work schedule provided by Call Center Team Leader 2. On site installation/setup, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks. 3. Upsell service and spare parts when there is an opportunity. 4. Identify technical issues and provide proper solutions to clients, follow our company’s filed standard procedures. 5. Identify and escalate issues to Team Lead/supervisor. 6. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. 7. Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization. 8. Build positive relationships with team and customers. 9. Continuous to learn and apply new product knowledge, industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. 10. Continuously find effective solution for customers and efficiently estimate the duration of installation/service call tasks. 11. Going to province for serving client if needed 12. Other tasks as assigned by Management.
