Key Responsibilities > Establish and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures > Ensure compliance with Cambodia International Financial Reporting Standards (CIFRS) > Ensure full compliance with General Department of Taxation (GDT) regulations > Oversee accounting systems, processes, and documentation in line with legal and company standards > Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team > Support management with financial analysis, planning, and decision-making > Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulators > Other tasks assigned by management Monthly Tasks > Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports > Review and submit monthly tax declarations (VAT, WHT, TOI, etc.) to GDT on time > Analyze monthly financial performance against budget > Review payroll reports and statutory contributions > Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records Yearly Tasks > Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process > Prepare annual financial statements in compliance with CIFRS > Coordinate and support external audits an annual tax audit > Review and update financial policies, procedures, and internal controls > Conduct performance evaluations and training plans for accounting team > Support annual tax filling and year-end closing activities Requirements _ Bachelor’s degree Accounting, or related field. _ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales or account management. _ Experience in kitchen appliances, electronics, or related industry is preferred. _ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. _ Good problem-solving and customer service mindset. _ Ability to work independently and under pressure. _ Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and reporting. _ Good command of English and Khmer.
