Position: senior accounting Manager Salary: 700/1200$ Job Description - Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff. - Task Delegation: Assign and review the work of accounting staff to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. - Monthly Closings: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes. - Financial Statements: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. - Reconciliations: Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of all accounts. - Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivable functions. - Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. - Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. - Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Efficiency Improvements: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Technology Utilization: Leverage accounting software and other technology to streamline operations. Job Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAGE ACCPAC). » Language skills: English, writing, listening, fluency, Chinese language skills are an advantage - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and organizational skills. Working day’s Monday to Friday, closed Saturday sunday off
