• Tax declaration with related Ministries • Compliance and legal work with related Ministries • Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounting activities on a monthly basic which includes delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end and annual closing activities, balance sheet and reconciliation other accounting activities. • Monthly review and follow up on the outstanding items on the financial schedules • Coordinator for the annual statutory audit and responsible for the production of the annual statutory accounts and audit report timely including liaison with Legal for all the necessary documents for the annual filing. • Ensure local regulatory statistical reporting is prepared and submitted on time. • Prepare tax schedules annually and ad hoc basis to tax authority. • Ensure timely and accurate submission and filing of VAT reporting and payment • Proactively perform preventive quality controls and takes corrective actions when necessary • Manage the accounting and treasury team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial reporting accuracy and integrity. • Assess and analyze the financial situation and propose improvement action plans. • Oversee the preparation all tax returns, ensuring compliance with Cambodian law on taxation • Prepare and maintain local transfer pricing documents in accordingly to Cambodian law on taxation • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the Company's tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.
