Key Responsibilities -Handle daily administrative and office support tasks. -Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment purchasing. -Source suppliers and compare quotations for cost effectiveness. -Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. -Maintain procurement records, invoices, and supplier databases. -Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments. -Support meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and office maintenance. -Assist in preparing reports and administrative documents. -Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners. -Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Procurement, or related field. -Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration or procurement. -Able to speak, read, and write Chinese. -Good communication and negotiation skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Able to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills -Experience working with Chinese vendors or companies. -Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation. -Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
