Job Title: Administrative Officer (As-Built Documentation / Handover Documentation) Location: [Insert Location] Department: Operations / Construction Administration Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our construction projects, with a primary focus on preparing, managing, and completing as-built (completion/handover) documentation. The ideal candidate is young, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all project documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and manage as-built drawings and completion dossiers for construction projects Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to collect necessary documentation Ensure all project records, permits, and technical documents are complete and properly archived Support submission of handover documents to clients, consultants, and authorities Maintain accurate filing systems (both physical and digital) for all project documentation Assist in general office administration tasks related to construction projects Follow up on document approvals and ensure deadlines are met Support communication between site teams and office management Requirements Age: 21 – 30 years old Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); AutoCAD knowledge is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Fast learner, proactive, and able to work under pressure Positive attitude, professional behavior, and good teamwork skills Willingness to work in a dynamic construction environment.
