Key Responsibilities:
• Meeting with clients to understand their needs, objective and budget for a project
• Creating detailed plans and drawings, both by hand and using computer -aided design (CAD) software, for the structure
• Understanding client needs, preferences, and budget constraints through meetings and consultations
• Ensuring designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Overseeing the construction process, coordinating with contractors, and managing project timelines and budgets
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure the project is built according to the plans
• Working closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate various aspects of the project
• Researching and selecting appropriate building materials and finishes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Architect or related field
• Have experience of working around 4-5year as cost estimation
• Have knowledge of construction material
• Good communication skill with ability to interact with engineer, client and contractor
• Be able to speak and write English language
• Experience working within an engineer company
• Experience working with foreigner
