** Job Description • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure facilities are well maintained. • Support tenant relations by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Monitor occupancy status, lease agreements, and property records. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth property operations. • Assist in preparing reports, budgets, and documentation related to property management activities. • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. • Perform other duties and projects assigned by management. ** Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Willing to travel to project sites when required. • Honest, responsible, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. • Khmer nationality with basic English communication skills preferred.
