☕ We’re Hiring at A Coffee – Phnom Penh Join our growing team at A Coffee! We're looking for friendly, dependable people who love coffee, learning, and creating great experiences for customers. Whether you're just starting out or have experience, we have a role for you.
📌 Available Positions
1. Full-Time Barista Employment type: Full-time Working hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week Salary: Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities: • Prepare coffee, tea, and drinks consistently • Take orders and serve with a smile • Keep the barista station clean and organized • Help with opening, closing, and inventory Must-have Qualifications: • Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn • Able to work under pressure during busy hours • Located in or able to commute to Phnom Penh • Barista experience is a plus, but not required
2. Part-Time Barista Employment type: Part-time Working hours: 4–6 hours/day, flexible shifts Pay: Hourly rate Responsibilities: • Assist with making drinks and taking orders • Keep the café tidy and support during peak times • Provide a warm, welcoming experience to customers Must-have Qualifications: • Positive attitude, team player, dependable • Willing to learn (no experience needed) • Flexibility on weekends or evenings is a plus
3. Intern – Café Assistant Employment type: Internship Working hours: 4–6 hours/day, 3–5 days/week Allowance: Stipend + free drinks Responsibilities: • Greet customers and assist with orders • Clean tables, cups, and café space • Learn café operations and support daily tasks • Optional: Help with social media and creative content Must-have Qualifications: • Friendly, motivated, and ready to learn • Students and fresh graduates welcome • Bonus: Creativity or interest in content creation
