Anti Social Hours is a hospitality company that operates a US comfort food restaurant, Garage Sale and a concept bar called TicTic in BKK1 on Street 51 / Langka Lane, behind Wat Langka.
Our aim is to bring high quality service alongside excellent cocktails, high end comfort food, a great ambience and fun to Phnom Penh’s dining and nightlife experience.
We are looking for an experienced, friendly, lively and highly sociable bartender to join our team.
The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, and be able to speak and read English to a good standard. Previous experience in a bar / serving is expected.
It is very important to us that whoever applies for this is serious about having a career within the hospitality / bar and restaurant industry, you must be proactive and an independent thinker. We want someone who wants to learn and work up to management level and beyond and grow with our ever expanding company.

Benefits include:
Salary starting at $350 (negotiable for the right person), with potential to earn more with paid overtime shifts available.

*Job Description: - Monitor Happy Hour set-up and service, ensuring agreement to hotel standards - Responsibility for the creation of cocktail menus and Update menu changes on the Point of Sale (POS) terminal - Implement and ensure the Company Health, Hygiene & Safety Policy is met at all times - Establish par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business - Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day - Proficiency in using computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules, and perform other record keeping tasks - Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business - Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, servery, display, glassware, and tables *Job Requirement: - Must have at least 3 or more years of experience in hotel or restaurant - To have a good interest and knowledge of the overall bar's operation including cocktail mixology, coffee barista standards, and drinks presentation - Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and Email
