Job Recruitment (Phnom Penh Interior Fitout Quotation) Job Responsibilities - Compile/review BOQ for Phnom Penh interior projects; independently make accurate quotations based on local market prices (materials, labor, machinery). - Do cost analysis, risk assessment and quotation optimization to support project signing. - Coordinate with clients/teams, explain quotations and update BOQ/quotations timely. - Organize files and build a local "quantity-price-cost" database. Job Requirements - College degree+, preferred majors: Project Cost, Civil Engineering, Interior Design. - ≥3 years interior fitout experience; proficient in BOQ & independent quotation; familiar with Cambodia/Southeast Asia market; local cases preferred. - Proficient in local cost software (Bluebeam Revu, etc.), CAD & Excel; master cost logic and risk prediction. - Detail-oriented; proficient in English/Khmer (local communication preferred); good communication & cost awareness; able to work under deadlines.
