Job Responsibilities: - Collect cash income. - Deposit cash to company bank account. - Issue an invoice and official receipt in system. - Prepare payment voucher and PCV. - Prepare petty cash reimbursement. - Collect slaes document and audit on sales document. - Maintain a clean, organized and well equipped office environment  - Manange office supplies and equipment to ensure availability and efficiecy  - Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team. - Control purchase request, purchase orders and the invoicing process. - Coordinate with various departments regarding vendor payments and internal payments. - Address all admin & finance operations related issues with internal and external teams. - Control motorbike tax paper and spare key with logistics team. - Control company motorbike maintenance. - Assist admin task. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor/mananger. Job Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, fiance, business administration or a related field. - Minimum 1-3 years of experinece in a combined finance/accounting and administrative role. - Experience in cash handling, banking deposits, petty cash management, accounting software and MS Word, Ms Excel. - Prior experience with procurement processes (PR, PO, Invoicing) and document auditing is highly desirable. - Have knowledge of Cambodia tax laws and regulations. - Fluent in Khmer and good english communication. - High intergrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines Summit your CV to: - Telegram: 010 911 xxx Click To Call - Email: careers@tfmotors.com.kh - Contact: 069 999 xxx Click To Call
