We are looking for a skilled and motivated BYD Service Technician to join our growing team in Cambodia. You will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of BYD electric vehicles (EVs) and plug-in hybrids. This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge EV technology in a fast-expanding green mobility company. Key Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on BYD electric and hybrid vehicles • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, high-voltage battery, software, and mechanical issues • Use advanced diagnostic tools and follow BYD technical service bulletins • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while following all safety and quality standards • Participate in regular BYD technical training programs (local and overseas) Requirements • Vocational diploma or technical certificate in Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field • At least 2–5 years of experience as an automotive technician (experience with electric vehicles is a strong advantage) • Knowledge of high-voltage systems, batteries, and EV components is highly preferred • Ability to read electrical schematics and use diagnostic equipment • Valid Cambodian driving license (Class B or higher) • Good command of English and Khmer (Chinese language skill is a plus) • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and customer-oriented attitude • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when needed
