We are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented Sales Consultants to join our growing team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be a representative of BYD, promoting our range of electric vehicles (such as ATTO, TI and sealion models, etc.), educating customers on the benefits of new energy vehicles, and driving sales in a fast-growing EV market. This role also includes commercial vehicles to other businesses (T4, T5 and Q3 models).This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in the green mobility sector with strong earning potential through competitive base salary + attractive commissions. Key Responsibilities • Greet and engage walk-in and appointment-based customers at the showroom. • Conduct professional product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable BYD vehicle models. • Provide clear explanations of EV technology, features, benefits (range, charging, cost savings, warranty, etc.), and financing options. • Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals • Follow up with leads via phone, messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram), and email. • Handle sales documentation, contracts, and coordinate with finance/insurance teams for smooth delivery. • Stay updated on BYD products, competitors, and EV market trends in Cambodia. • Represent BYD professionally at auto shows and community events. Requirements & Qualifications • Cambodian nationality preferred. • At least 1 year of sales experience (automotive sales is a strong advantage, but not mandatory). • Passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and technology. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Khmer (native) and English (good working proficiency).
