We are seeking friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Service Advisors to be the key point of contact between customers and our service workshop. You will manage service bookings, provide clear communication on vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensure high customer satisfaction, and contribute to after-sales revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in the fast-growing EV industry. Key Responsibilities • Greet customers and handle walk-in, phone, and online service inquiries professionally. • Schedule service appointments, maintenance, and repairs while managing workshop capacity efficiently. • Explain technical issues, repair recommendations, cost estimates, and timelines to customers in a clear and understandable manner. • Prepare job cards, quotations, and service orders for technicians. • Follow up with customers on service status, completed work, and vehicle collection. • Promote additional services, genuine spare parts, accessories, and extended warranty packages. • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to achieve high customer satisfaction scores (CSI). • Coordinate with technicians, parts department, and other teams for smooth operations. • Accurately update records in the service management system and generate reports. • Support vehicle delivery handovers and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) processes. • Stay updated on BYD EV models, service procedures, and common technical topics. Requirements & Qualifications • Cambodian nationality preferred. • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in automotive service, workshop, or dealership environment. • Experience with electric vehicles or technical products is an advantage. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Khmer (native) and English (good working proficiency). Chinese language is a plus. • Valid driving license with a clean record. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management/CRM software. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
