- Respond to customers enquiries through a variety of channels (Facebook, Telegram, Telephone ets)
- Communicate directly with parents of students, and try get honest feedback from parents in order to improve business insights
- Handles customer complaints effectively and politely
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
