Company mechanic needed

Hello, we run a multi provincial waste management service. Because of the nature of our service we are forced to utilize many large vehicles such as trash collection trucks and motorcycles connected to trailers. Not to mention other things. Because of the fact that we move many tons of waste from one place to another every single day many of our trucks and other equipment tends to have mechanical failures. Due to the fact that a lot of our services are located outside of province we end up having a pretty big efficiency issue when we have to drive our truck all the way back to Phnom Penh to fix it every time. We are looking for an on-call mechanic that we can pay a salary to be basically a worker for our company. We need this person to be LinkedIn to other people in related businesses so that no matter what part of the truck is broken you would be able to make a couple of phone calls and get what you need to get in order to fix it. We need someone to work with who is not just all about the money and is more about the relationship. Every car shop we work with just wants to charge a lot of money on top and they are very vague about the issues that we are having leaving lots of space for us to lose money on each transaction.
