*** Job Description . Identify and qualify new corporate accounts. . Negotiate annual corporate rate agreements with travel managers and procurement teams. . Develop proactive sales strategies aligned with hotel revenue goals. . Client Relationship Management . Manage a portfolio of active corporate accounts. . Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and regular business reviews. . Ensure VIP corporate travelers receive priority service and consistent experiences. . Monitor competitor activities, demand spikes, and market trends. . Adjust pricing and packages with Revenue Management to optimize yield. . Track account production using PMS systems. . Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts for senior management. . Identify underperforming accounts and implement recovery plans. . Work with Marketing to design targeted campaigns for corporate clients. . Coordinate with F&B and Operations to tailor offers for corporate travelers. . Ensure smooth handover of contracts and bookings to operations teams. *** Qualifications: . Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (preferred) . 3–5 years of corporate sales experience in hotels or hospitality . Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills . Proficiency in CRM tools (Opera, Salesforce, Cvent, Lanyon) .
