Salary range: $130 - $200 depend on experience PURPOSE OF THE POSITION High performance Course Instructor produces intelligent kids. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Get trained about UCMAS course and passed CI IGE before instructing students. • Testing new students by placement test. • Sit for UCMAS practice. • Joining all the UCMAS event, marketing. • Weekly Report. • Termly Report. • Be a professional looking dress and hair. • Punctuality is a must. • CI must be at school at least 30 minutes before the class started. • Most important of all, CIs must be at front office main door to greet and welcome all students and parents. • Manage and take care of students during school. • Always smile to students, must not show bad emotion. • Physical punishment to students is strictly prohibited. • Building good relationships with students and good communication with parents. • Other tasks will be assigned by Center Manager. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED • For female Cambodian only. • University student or fresh graduated. • Be able to work independently and highly meticulous. • Fast learner and willing to learn. • Friendly with good communication and honesty. • High Commitment and willing to take challenges. • Love kids. • Be able to use English for communication. • Be able to use Ms. Office. • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
