About the Position At Logic Lingo Academy, we don’t just provide a role; we provide a path. As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for parents and families—guiding them through our programs, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their choices. You’ll play a key role in building trust, supporting families throughout their journey, and helping them take the next step in their child’s education. ++Key Responsibilities: -Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students (in-person, phone, email, chat). -Provide clear, accurate information about courses, schedules, and services. -Guide parents through enrollment, renewal, and program selection. -Follow up with leads and inquiries to encourage sign-ups for upcoming terms. -Maintain accurate customer records and track communication in the CRM/system. -Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, patience, and empathy. -Collaborate with teaching and admin teams to ensure smooth class operations. -Support parents in making informed decisions when they are unsure about programs. -Act as a representative of Logic Lingo Academy to all clients and customers. -Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and streamline sales processes. ++Required Skills and Qualities: -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (completed or final-year student). -1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in the education sector is a strong plus). -Strong communication skills in Khmer and English (spoken and written) -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar) -Customer-oriented with patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset -Ability to build trust and positive relationships with parents and students -Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a willingness to take initiative.
