Key Responsibilities • Develop interior and architectural 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentations. • Assist in conceptual design, mood boards, and space planning layouts. • Produce and adjust CAD drawings and design documentation when needed. • Work closely with the project team to ensure design intent aligns with construction feasibility. • Prepare and present design proposals to internal teams and clients. • Support the design team during revisions and updates based on client feedback. Qualifications • Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as: ❖ SketchUp / 3ds Max /Corona/D5 Rendering Engine ❖ AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture. • Strong understanding of materials, textures, color composition, and lighting • Good eye for design aesthetics and detailing. • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. • Minimum 1-year working experience • Soft Skills • Creative and self-motivated. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Organized with attention to detail. • Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
