Responsibilities:
* Analyze and set regional sales targets
* Monitor product display at retail terminals, price execution and promotional activities.
* Coordinate with dealers or agents to optimize logistics and replenishment processes to reduce out-of-stock rates
* Provide product knowledge, sales talk, and customer relationship management (CRM) training for front-line teams
* Monitor store inventory turnover to avoid backlogs of old models (especially before new product launches), coordinate stock transfers or promotional clearances
* regional market demand differences and optimize distribution
