We are an emerging company specializing in commission services on derivatives trading and are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our company. Job Responsibilities: • Establish chart of accounts, financial procedures, financial policies, and approval workflows • Develop Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) financial procedures • Manage company funds and trading settlements • Prepare financial statements and reports • Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities • Control and monitor financial risks • Handle tax filing matters Job Requirements: • Open to all nationalities (Cambodian nationals preferred) • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields • Minimum 3 years of financial experience in securities, futures, digital assets, foreign exchange, or derivatives industries • Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Familiar with the tax laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Cambodia • Proficient in Excel and financial systems • Able to communicate in both Chinese and English Working Hours: • Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Working Location: • Sangkat Chaktomuk, Daun Penh District, Phnom Penh, Cambodia Please send your CV to Telegram: @asiascdae
