Job Summery:
The Fleet Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and scheduling of the company’s vehicle fleet. The role ensures vehicles are in good condition, meet regulatory requirements, and are used efficiently to support business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and coordinate daily vehicle assignments and schedules.
Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and mileage.
Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced on schedule.
Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle registration, insurance, and inspections.
Liaise with drivers and respond to issues or incidents related to fleet operations.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to fleet performance and costs.
Monitor GPS systems and ensure driver compliance with company policies.
Handle accidents or emergency vehicle repairs in coordination with relevant departments.
Support the Fleet Manager in evaluating fleet efficiency and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1-2 years of experience in fleet or logistics operations (preferred).
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently.
Fluency in Khmer; English proficiency is a plus.
