We are looking for a motivated and experienced staff member to help operate a food & beverage business inside a ground-floor space (60B Mao Tse Toung Blvd 245) located in Phnom Penh. The space is fully indoor, air-conditioned, and has potential for future development. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in making and selling drinks or light meals.
Responsibilities
ㅇ Prepare and serve simple food and beverages (e.g., iced coffee, tea, or soft drinks) in a casual and friendly setting
ㅇ Help improve the menu gradually based on feedback and ideas
Requirements
ㅇ At least 1 year of experience in food or drink preparation (café, street vendor, shop, etc.)
ㅇ Basic communication skills in English or Korean are a plus
Additional Notes
ㅇ The employee is expected to manage day-to-day sales and be motivated to help generate profits
ㅇ Salary starts from $300/month. Additional incentives or profit-sharing are possible depending on performance
