Noden2 Hotel & Apartment is looking for a motivated and professional Front Office Supervisor to join our Hotel & Apartment team. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily Front Office operations - Ensure excellent guest service and guest satisfaction - Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally - Support and train Front Office team members - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance - Prepare reports and assist management when required Requirements: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office operations or similar role • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Good command of English • Male is a plus • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of Hotel management systems and OTAs is an advantage Benefits: - Competitive salary (based on experience) - Service Charge - Meal allowance - Staff insurance (NSSF) - Seniority pay - Annual leave and public holidays in accordance with Cambodian Labor Law - Other benefits as per company policy How to apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: .
