Position: Guest Relations Officer

Major Accountabilities

Customer Service
- Welcome and ensure customer care while respecting local tradition
- Ensure outstanding customer journey by walking them through each step of the process

Sales
- Advise customers on product needs, prices and payment terms
- Solicit new customers by being on the look-out of new leads and turning prospective customers to new customers

Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in hospitality industry is preferred
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Pleasant appearance
- Excellent formal verbal communication skills
