工作职责: Job Responsibilities:
1. 员工档案管理:建立、更新、整理员工个人资料和人事档案;录入员工信息系统(HR系统)。 Employee file management: establish, update, and organize employee personal information and personnel files; enter employee information system (HR system) 2. 招聘支持:发布招聘信息、筛选简历、安排面试;跟进候选人面试进度并做好面试记录。 Recruitment support: post recruitment information, screen resumes, arrange interviews; follow up on candidate interview progress and keep interview records. 3. 入职和离职手续办理:协助新员工完成入职资料、签署劳动合同;办理员工离职手续,收回工牌、设备等。 Handling of entry and exit procedures: assisting new employees to complete entry documents and sign labor contracts; handling employee exit procedures, collecting work badges and equipment, etc. 4. 考勤与假期管理及工资计算:整理和汇总员工考勤数据;协助统计请假、加班、调休等情况,计算员工工资及申报。Attendance, holiday management and salary calculation: organize and summarize employee attendance data; assist in statistics of leave, overtime, and vacation adjustments, calculate employee salaries and report them. 5. 员工关系维护:协助组织公司团建、生日会、节日活动等;收集员工反馈,协助处理简单的员工纠纷。 Maintaining employee relations: Assist in organizing company team-building, birthday parties, holiday events, etc.; collect employee feedback and assist in handling simple employee disputes. 6. 培训支持:协助组织新员工培训和内训课程;整理培训资料、收集反馈问卷。 Training support: assist in organizing new employee training and internal training courses; organize training materials and collect feedback questionnaires 7. 其他行政支持:协助HR主管处理临时安排的任务;准备报表、人力统计资料等。 Other administrative support: assist HR manager in handling temporary tasks; prepare reports, human resources statistics, etc.
任职要求: 学历及语言要求:大学及以上学历;人力资源、行政管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先,柬埔寨籍并且擅长中文(听说读写) 人员优先,女性优先; 经验要求:1年以上相关工作经验,具有人事、行政、文员类经验者优先; 专业技能:熟练使用办公软件(Excel、Word、PPT); 管理能力:具备良好的团队及部门间的协调及沟通能力、应变能力及冲突处理能力; 服务意识:具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神,责任心强; 其他要求:沟通与协调能力:和同事、候选人打交道要有礼貌、表达清晰,能处理一些简单的突发问题。细心和责任心强:因为经常要处理员工资料、考勤数据、合同这些比较严谨的内容,出错不行!保密意识:人事数据涉及很多员工隐私,要有良好的职业操守,不泄露信息。 Job requirements: Education and language requirements: University degree or above; Human resources, administrative management, business administration, psychology and other related majors are preferred, Cambodian nationals who are good at Chinese (listening, speaking, reading and writing) are preferred, and women are preferred; Experience requirements: More than 1 year of relevant work experience, those with experience in personnel, administration, and clerical are preferred; Professional skills: Proficient in using office software (Excel, Word, PPT); Management ability: Have good coordination and communication skills between teams and departments, adaptability and conflict handling ability; Service awareness: Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility; Other requirements: Communication and coordination skills: Be polite and express clearly when dealing with colleagues and candidates, and be able to handle some simple emergencies.
