Key Responsibilities:
Payment Ecosystem Development:
Lead the creation and expansion of a comprehensive payment ecosystem, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities with merchants to enhance our digital banking offerings.
Customer Needs Analysis and Cross-Selling:
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs and preferences, devising and executing strategies for cross-selling products through various digital channels to maximize customer engagement.
New Customer Acquisition Strategy:
Formulate and implement a cutting-edge strategy for acquiring new customers through digital channels, leveraging market trends and customer insights to drive growth.
User Experience Optimization:
Drive the continuous optimization of the user experience for our existing digital application, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall user stickiness.
Talent Nurturing and Localization:
• Champion the development and nurturing of digital banking talent, specifically in business development, marketing, and technical development.
• Collaborate with the company to implement localization capabilities, ensuring alignment with regional and cultural preferences.
Qualification Requirement:
• Proven leadership experience in digital banking or related fields.
• Strong strategic mindset with a track record of successfully building payment ecosystems.
