• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivery. •To organize and maintain inventory and storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvement • To produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc) • To supervise regularly stock count process on weekly/monthly and yearly basis. • Ensure proper stock management, space usage, and layout optimization. • To monitor the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of materials/goods • Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with medical rep • Conduct inventory checks and stock adjustments when needed. • Handle import and export medical products • To deal with Customs broker, forwarder company for medical clearance on times. • Communicating with internal and external to arrange for shipping details such as pickup times, shipping method, delivery date, and any special requirements. • Issue purchase order base on movement stock • To prepare sale and stock movement report • Well control stock expiry date • Review and determined on SKU code of products to ensure import smooth. • Issue invoices, stock receive (control stock in & stock out) • Issue products sample and posting in system • Inventory report weekly and monthly to country manager and HQ • Issue products sample and posting in system • Monthly stock physical count • Other tasks assigned by Country manager
