Responsibilities - Sales & Targets: Proactively drive sales activities to meet and exceed daily and monthly revenue goals. - Jewelry Expertise: Provide detailed product specifications and "selling point" explanations for various jewelry pieces to assist customer decision-making. - Visual Merchandising: Ensure jewelry displays are interactive and attractive; maintain accurate price labeling and clean, hygienic counters. - Brand Image: Act as a brand ambassador through professional grooming, charismatic service, and building long-term customer rapport. - Shop Operations: Comply with all shop regulations, maintain strict confidentiality regarding jewelry inventory/info, and attend all daily briefings. 2. Requirements Language: Proficiency in Chinese is requirement. Experience: Background in Retail and Jewelry sales techniques Attributes: Charismatic, well-groomed, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Professional Skills: Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette, sales processes, and a commitment to self-discipline and continuous learning. Working Hour: 12PM - 10PM Day Off: 4 days off/ month Location: Naga World
