Job Purpose: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves presenting company products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Sales: - Promote services to the local market within the region. - Research and report on external market opportunities that benefit the company. - Identify target customers. - Adapt to actual market conditions. - Maintain customer relationships. - Manage sales and service quality, as well as the company's sales operations. - Monitor the status of all remaining vehicle trips. - Collaborate with the management team and trainers to develop new marketing concepts and methods. - Prepare and develop policies and procedures related to marketing activities. Digital Marketing: - Create and enhance promotional activities across various social media platforms. - Resolve issues that arise on social media platforms. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in sales or a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. - MS Office.
