Sales Supervisor in Phnom Penh and Provinces
1. To manage and lead the team to hit the target of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly. 2. To recruit team to hit the requirement of company. 3. To support the dealer to promote the products and service in the territory. 4. To control stock and sales report to management as daily and monthly. 5. Set up the sales forecast of end user demand in the territory and report to line manager. 6. Traveling to any area which is assigned by company or line manager. 7. Join and set up the marketing activities to promote the products and service of company. 8. Update the report into CRM system as daily task. 9. Working closely with any microfinance to support client buy products from company or dealers. 10. Working very closely with dealers to build the brand and push/pull the sales to achieve the target. 11. To assist any requirements or complain from client or dealer. 12. To update and report about competition in the territory as daily and monthly or any requirement. 13. Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager. 14. Other tasks are not limited to duty.
