This position requires a high school diploma and at least one-year worth of experience in a professional work environment. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of sales. Able to perform under pre-established guidelines as well as effective supervision to perform the functions of the job. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager, and aims to ensure excellent service standards and achieve high customer satisfaction. Candidate is capable of answering questions and replying to comments via Facebook.
