行政专员
岗位职责:
1. 负责所有行政文件的撰写。
2. 负责酒店预订、机票预订、签证申请等行政办公工作;
3. 负责企业文化宣传和简单视频制作;
4. 协助活动策划和活动执行。;
5. 协助主管参与公司日常管理工作;
6. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求:
1. 高棉语和汉语听说读写流利,英语优先;
2. 本科及以上学历优先;
3. 2年以上相关工作经验;
4. 善于沟通,具有较强的组织协调能力,同时有较强的写作能力;
5. 具有较强的工作主动性、独立性和学习能力,善于沟通,乐于团队合作和接受挑战;
6. 具有重大会务接待组织保障和统筹协调经验;
7. 具有较强的沟通协调能力、抗压能力和服务意识;
8. 熟练运用现代化办公软件
Job responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the writing of all the administrational documents.
2. Responsible for the other administrational office work like hotel booking, and flight booking,Visa application ect.
3. Responsible for corporate culture publicity and simple video production;
4. Assist with event planning and event execution.;
5. Assist supervisor to participate in daily company administration;
6. Finish other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
1. Fluent speaking and writing of Khmer and Chinese,English is preferred;
2. Bachelor degree or above is preferred;
3. More than 2 years related working experience;
4. Good at communication, strong organization and coordination ability, and strong writing ability;
5. Have strong work initiative, independence and learning ability, good at communication, willing to cooperate with team and accept challenges;
6. Have experience in organizing and coordinating major conference reception;
7. Have strong communication and coordination ability, anti pressure ability and service awareness;
8. Skilled in using modern office software
