CONDO Receptionist
- Greeting to the customer with smiling and friendly - Provide all information related to condominium to the customer - Escort the customer to see the condominium units - Handle guest complain and take action to solved the problem quickly - Prepared monthly payment to the customer and deliver the invoice to the guest’s units - Settle payment with customer - Report the daily incomes and expenses to manager every day - Report the monthly income and expenses to manager every month - Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures) Job Requirements - Good attitude and morality, friendly, reasonable person and respect the management and colleagues - Professional attitude and appearance with good hygiene and grooming - Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role - Can use computer efficiently such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point - Must know Standard Operation Procedure - Good Customer service attitude - Flexible and can work under pressure - Honest, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility - Able to work independently and team - Have good computer skill (Microsoft Office, internet and email) - Be able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and holiday shift) - High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus - Good spoken and written in English
